How we met the challenge

Bain & Company is a global business consulting firm with offices in all major cities. When they began to expand, here in the UK, they made a pitch to find the right office Design & Build partner.

We worked very closely with Bain & Co to ensure we provided them with the right design solution. Not only did they want the office to look good but it was imperative that the office functioned perfectly.

Our designer and surveyor worked with them to create a cost effective solution. We successfully moved all employees from their previous office to their new premises within the designated period of six weeks.

Distinct areas such as the tea point doubles up as a meeting facility for employees and visitors. A feature screen disguising the tea point means this multipurpose space can be used whilst informal meetings are taking place.

The Corporate feel is balanced by decidedly warm reds and welcoming features such as wooden floors, faceted glass and a curved wooden partition which provides a feature to the meeting room. Tactile materials with rich browns and splashes of colour were introduced together with some large abstract artworks of London tourist attractions. These were placed in strategic positions around the office.
