How we met the challenge

Citadel operates in the world's major financial centres including Chicago, New York, London, Hong Kong and San Francisco.

The London office had become dated and the internal space needed re-organising to improve efficiency. Citadel initially considered relocating however we suggested re-planning their existing space might suit their requirements. Cleverly, we incorporated all existing staff plus room for expansion.

Citadel’s brief was to create a more contemporary and free flowing workplace environment. The office design had to be flexible in the use of space and portray a contemporary / quality environment that fully reflected their business culture.

We provided a wealth of intelligent storage solutions to deal with their day to day work requirements. Two centralized printing areas were incorporated thus enhancing the efficiency of the office space. There was even an opportunity to turn a WC and a small storage room into a shower facility (DDA compliant). We introduced a touch down meeting area to the side of the reception divided by a glass screen with feature coloured manifestation film.
