How we met the challenge

Perot Systems provides technology-based business solutions for industries such as healthcare and financial services. Their array of applications support business strategies and facilitate improvements for their clients long term needs.

This refurbishment needed to revolve around a practical yet contemporary stylish theme. At the briefing stage “elegant but functional” were adjectives used and we successfully translated their vision into reality. With the use of high quality sustainable materials we saved money whilst still creating a functional yet elegant interior.

The reception has a large white desk for two people with the ‘Corporate logo’ reflected in the red glass screen behind. Soft seating was added in the reception creating an informal meeting area for employees or visitors. We introduced a hot desk facility and WIFI zone for visitors and employees dividing the reception from the open plan area.

Our expertise in transforming efficient ways of working was reflected across the whole corporate structure. This was achieved by working very closely with the client. By interviewing key member of their staff at the beginning we were able to get an insight into how Perot Systems worked. This helped us improve their business model.
